An experienced practitioner, with nearly a thousand coaching sessions under her belt, she knows that radical transformation is possible for everyone. She finds joy and satisfaction in partnering with open-minded individuals who are ready to invest in deeper solutions towards self-directed, lasting change, aligned with their own values, and conquer what’s holding them back from living their fullest. In this privileged role, she offers a unique blend of functional medicine principles, the IFS model, mindfulness, and evidence-based behavior change methods to help her clients thrive.

Noémi specializes in supporting simple but powerful lifestyle changes for sustainable mental, emotional, and cognitive well-being, improved energy, performance, resilience, and relationships. In her work, she considers the whole person and focuses on 7 pillars of wellness including nutrition, sleep, stress management, movement, relationships, community, and connection as well as nature, creativity, and purpose.

With a deep commitment to inspiring others to become the best and healthiest versions of themselves, Noémi’s goal is for her clients to believe in their unlimited potential to change their habits, develop a balance between inner peace and outer strength, and reclaim true vitality despite the inevitable drama and trauma life brings. In her private practice, she’s been honored to serve an economically and geographically diverse clientele.

Noémi’s work has been informed by mindfulness practices, positive psychology, motivational interviewing, non-violent communication, indigenous healing traditions as well as breakthroughs in the blossoming field of psychedelic medicine. She completed her functional health coach training program at Kresser Institute for Functional Medicine, trained in Internal Family Systems Therapy at IFS Institute, and studied at New York University’s Food Studies masters program.
