She supports clients in coming home to their true Selves—reconnecting with what matters most and cultivating meaningful, lasting change from the inside out.

Noémi is a Level 3 Trained Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) Practitioner, an ICF-credentialed coach, and Board Certified by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching. She draws from her training in mindfulness, motivational interviewing, Nonviolent Communication, nutrition, indigenous healing traditions, and the blossoming field of psychedelic medicine. She partners with visionary leaders, creatives, and those in the helping professions to explore the space between inner transformation and outer change. With presence, humility, and care, she honors each client’s pace and process—trusting in the system’s natural unfolding.

Having lived and worked across the US, UK, Netherlands, France, and Hungary, Noémi now divides her time between Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and New York’s Hudson Valley. She is a NYC Marathon finisher and a lover of nature, art, stories, gong baths, Kundalini yoga, shamanic drumming, and world instruments—including hand pans—and of mystical journeys across both physical and inner realms. She envisions a world where all human beings flourish, our relational treasure-boxes are overflowing, and where the exploration of consciousness is safe and supported.
